P&G Metal Components started from the purchase of the Bloomfield Stamping facility of Metal Improvement Company (MIC), a division Curtiss Wright Surface Technologies in 2015. P&G specializes in metal stamping, prototype to production program management and metal part finishing. 

P&G makes precision compound, single hit and progressive metal stampings.  Our in house finishing includes both centrifugal and vibratory tumble, deburring and surface finishing. P&G's shot peening experience is second to none, and we are the manufacturer of certified Almen Strips A, C & N for worldwide industry distributors. 

P&G is the go to supplier of highest quality 'stress-relieved' valve reeds and surface finishing for Compressor, Medical, Aerospace, Engine and Automotive OEMs. Our unique stress-lite process is proven superior for inlet and discharge valves, spring clips and flapper valves.
